Careers / New York City

You don't have
to be the fastest.
You have to keep
getting better.

Great careers aren't built in one day. They're built through experience, coaching, feedback, responsibility, repetition, and the willingness to keep improving.

Candidate philosophy

Start where you are.
We'll train from there.

You do not need to arrive as the most polished person in the room. We hire people who are reliable, coachable, and interested in getting steadily better — recent graduates, career starters, career changers, and people who simply want responsibility and feedback. Athletic experience is not required or expected.

Team culture

One day, end to end.

Culture here isn't a value on a wall. It's the shape of a working day: prepare, show up, talk to people, take the feedback, reset.

Before the block wakes up

The day starts with preparation, not adrenaline. Route, brand, message, standards — everyone knows the plan before anyone speaks to a customer.

The huddle

A short, direct brief on the sidewalk. What we learned yesterday, what we're testing today, who is covering which corner.

Setting the footprint

Tables, canopies, materials. Everyone builds the activation, regardless of title. It's the fastest way to learn how the work actually runs.

Real conversations

You represent the brand face to face and hear the objections first-hand. Nobody learns this from a deck.

Coaching, mid-effort

Feedback happens while the day is still running, not three weeks later in a review. Adjust, go again.

Debrief, then rest

What worked, what didn't, what we take into tomorrow. Then the day ends — recovery is part of performing well.

Pace. Consistency. Coaching. Resilience. Recovery. Team. In that order, every day.
